You know you’re a makeup addict when you find a brand new NARS blush in the back of your vanity and have no immediate recollection of even buying it. That being said, it was a delightful treat to find! I love NARS blushes because of their stellar pigmentation and quality. While pricy, the colors are rich and one pan lasts me a very long time.
- Packaging: .16 oz in standard black rubberized NARS compact
- Price: $28 at sephora.com
- Color Payoff: NARS describes this as a peachy pink with gold glitter, which is accurate. The finish is smooth, but they are large flecks of glitter in the pan. I’m not a huge fan of glitter and was easily able to buff the flecks out.
- Verdict: I really like this blush with the exception of the gold glitter flecks. The color is beautiful and gave me a sunkissed glow that is very natural looking. The wear time on this was about 7-8 hours before fading set in. I’d recommend this for those with light to medium skin tones, as it may read as more of a highlighter on darker skin. Also, if you missed out on MAC Ring of Saturn Mineralize Blush, this is a very close dupe in terms of color. RoS has a shimmer finish, while the finish on Super Orgasm is flat with gold glitter.
